Bruce H. Raymond combines years of experience working in a large law firm with a philosophy geared toward innovation and practicality to provide a personalized and attentive approach to business litigation.
While the aforementioned experience is valuable—Bruce served as lead counsel in more than 1,000 litigated cases in 18 years of trial practice in state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts—so too is the ability to creatively partner with businesses to navigate through the litigation landscape both efficiently and effectively. Because of the firm’s use of evolving technology along with the offering of alternative fee programs, Bruce is looked to as a thought-leader when it comes to boutique law firm management.
At the same time, he’s held in equally high regard within the Northeast’s business litigation community. Bruce was elected President of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association by his peers where he also served as a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was also elected by his colleagues throughout New England to serve for three years as the Regional Representative on the Board of Directors of DRI (Defense Research Institute), a 22,000 member national organization of attorneys representing corporations and insurers in litigation. He is also an active member of the IADC (International Association of Defense Counsel), an invitation only international defense bar group.
On this publication, you can expect to find a combination of these different areas of expertise. Bruce will offer commentary not only on business litigation law itself, but also the management and strategy of handling business litigation cases.
